CPAA MCLE & Annual Membership Meeting

The CPAA Executive Committee is delighted to offer the second in a series of online MCLE webinars. 

Please join us during the lunch hour on December 9, 2021 for “Backoffice Issues: Data Security & Employment Law,” a discussion about how to safeguard data and maintain confidentiality while facing an increasing number of cyber threats and scams, as well as a discussion regarding current issues around employment laws as we gear up for another busy campaign season.  With the increase in remote work, new issues have arisen in both of these areas so please join us for what will be a timely and fascinating discussion. 

Our speakers will be Sanford Gladding, President of ATS Communications, who has over 25 years of telecommunications and IT experience, and Christina Bucci Hamilton, a seasoned employment law litigator at Duggan McHugh PC, with significant experience handling wage and hour class and PAGA actions, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. This discussion will be moderated by CPAA member Elli Abdoli, Partner at Nielsen Merksamer.
